UX/UI Designer

IBM, Mexico

I’m a UX Designer at IBM México with a genuine passion for developing new, innovative, and transformational experiences and products. I am a problem solver with a strong analytical mindset that leverages the strengths of experience design. I am passionate about creating new innovative and honest products that can serve people’s lives by facilitating their day-to-day tasks.
 

My daily activities involve every stage of the design process, from research and concept to prototyping and user testing. My daily working tools include Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator for prototyping, also sometimes InVision, and of course, I always carry a pen and paper with me for those unexpected moments.
 

I have participated in several projects at different stages. I am using agile/scrum methodology and design thinking to develop projects. Performing brainstorming sessions with business owners and the development team during the discovery phase, understanding user requirements, ideation, analyzing, and proposing creative solutions.

Scrum Master

IBM, Mexico

Also, I'm a Scrum Master. In this role, I have the responsibility to ensure that goals, scope, and product domains are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible. I also have the responsibility to find techniques for effective product backlog management and maximize the value of the deliverables by helping the Product Owner. And the responsibility to facilitate scrum events as requested or needed.

Incident Manager

IBM, Mexico

In this role, I managed, followed up, and coordinated SAP incidents and requests. Ensure the tickets have enough accurate information to be assigned correctly and identify persistent issues with recurring problems. Ensure that the appropriate focus is given to any priority ticket by the technical team to meet SLAs that were negotiated with the customer. If necessary, escalate the incident with close follow-up and continuous communication.
